Undip, Semarang (05/05/2026) – The Graduate School of Diponegoro University received a visit and audience from the Graduate School of Bogor Agricultural University to strengthen institutional networks and share best practices in postgraduate education management. This activity took place in a warm and constructive atmosphere, with a spirit of collaboration among higher education institutions.
The audience discussed various aspects of academic and non-academic management, including strategies for strengthening networking, institutional governance, and efforts to create a productive and enjoyable study environment. In the discussion, SPs Undip emphasized the importance of networking as one of the key factors in institutional development, both in the context of research collaboration, scientific publications, and the expansion of national and international partnerships.
One of the points of attention is the SPs Undip slogan, “Graduate on Time, Study with a Full Smile,” which reflects the institution’s commitment to encouraging the effective completion of studies without neglecting the comfort and well-being of students. The delegation from the IPB Graduate School expressed appreciation for this approach and emphasized the importance of collaborative learning in creating a graduate education system that is not only academically excellent but also supports a positive learning experience.
SPs Undip also outlined efforts to build social bonds in the academic environment thru strengthening communication, a humanistic approach, and collaboration between leaders, lecturers, educational staff, and students. This approach is considered capable of creating a conducive, supportive, and student success-oriented academic atmosphere.
