April 27, 2026

Undip, Semarang (04/27/2026) – Thursday, April 23, 2026, was a proud moment for Oktalia Juwita, a student in the Doctoral Program in Information Systems at the Graduate School of Diponegoro University. Held in the Main Courtroom TTB A Floor 1, Oktalia successfully presented her dissertation and completed her studies with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.00.

The dissertation titled “ORAS Funder as a Proposal for Governance of a Beef Supply Crowdfunding Platform Using Actor-Network Theory (ANT) Based on Grounded Theory (GT)” is motivated by the limited access to funding often faced by farmers and small business operators in the beef supply sector. Starting from discussions with the farming community, this research offers a more inclusive and structured governance model for a crowdfunding platform.

In her interview, Oktalia stated that the process of writing a dissertation is not an easy task and she experienced a deadlock during the dissertation writing process. However, with confidence and perseverance, every challenge can be overcome. “If others can do it, why can’t we,” said Oktalia.
