How To Apply

Do a ‘get pin’ / PIN retrieval at www.um.undip.ac.id. The results of registration for the get pin of the prospective participant will get a pin number which will be used as a bill key to pay for registration fees at Bank Mandiri, BTN, BNI ’46, or BRI.

Paying registration fees to multi payment bank Mandiri (via internet banking, ATM and teller), bank BNI’46 (via teller and ATM), or Bank BTN (via teller). The payment method is only to show the PIN to the bank teller / get it through an ATM

3.

Doing ‘fill in the form’ at www.um.undip.ac.id. This registration can be done immediately after making a payment transaction at the bank (real time). Registration “Fill in the form” cannot be done if the registration “get pin” (point 1) and registration fee payment (point 2) has not been done.

  • Enter the pin number and password obtained in point 1 above.
  • Fill out the form for file completeness. Fill in all the requested data, until the final stage, if you are absolutely sure of the data entered, then press the "list" button (in the final tab). After pressing the "register" button, the exam participant number and exam room group will appear as well as a menu to print the exam participant card (KPU) which will be used during later verification.
  • Print cards. You can print directly and or save it. Card printing can only be done when all the requested data in the registration form have been filled in. First make sure that the data you enter is correct as desired, including the most important thing is the choice of a major or study program. After printing the exam participant card, prospective participants cannot re-edit the data that has been filled in
  • Take a written exam (TPA, English, Interview and / or Written Examination) and submit a document file of the requirements requested by each study program

Important things to note:

  • Prepare scanned photos in JPG / JPEG format (uk. 30-100 kb)
  • Diploma data includes degree and time of graduation (date / month / year)
  • Personal details for filling out forms
  • Make sure all data is stored properly and don't forget to print out a test card
  • Registration documents can be collected to the study program directly by post which is addressed directly to the study program of destination / collection can be done during the test to the UM committee. The files that are collected are in accordance with the conditions listed on the website (the required files can also be downloaded after receiving a PIN).
  • During the exam, there will be verification beforehand, participants are asked to show their last diploma and transcript to the exam supervisor.
