Undip, Semarang (02/04/2026) – The Postgraduate School of Diponegoro University held the Halalbihalal 1447 H event on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This event serves as a moment of fellowship and reflection for the entire academic community following the Eid al-Fitr celebrations. The event was solemn and warm, beginning with an opening, the recitation of the holy verses of the Qur’an, a speech from the leadership, and a sermon delivered by Prof. Dr. H. Ayaludin Pimay, Lc., M.Ag., from UIN Walisongo Semarang.

In his sermon, Prof. Ayaludin emphasized that life is a series of processes that must be undertaken with patience and perseverance. “Life is full of processes. Don’t just look at the results, but look at the process.” “There is nothing that happens suddenly,” he said.

He also explained the philosophy of ketupat as a symbol of Eid al-Fitr, with its intricate weaving symbolizing the complexity of life, while its pure white filling represents a heart that has returned to purity after a long process of learning and self-improvement.

The event was then concluded with a warm handshake session. All academic community members forgave each other and strengthened their bonds in a familial atmosphere.
