Wonosobo, Central Java (4/12/2025) — The Postgraduate School of Diponegoro University conducted the handover and signing of solar panel technology to the Mlandi Village People Authority on Thursday, 4th December 2025. This activity is one of SP’s Undip Initiatives to enlighten the Mlandi Village facilities and particularly to uphold Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in terms of enhancing energy efficiency.

The handover itself was conducted by the SPs’ Undip public service team along with the village local authority. This solar panel was installed at certain point locations that require energy stability, such as the village meeting hall and night time public areas.

SPs Undip conveys that the utilization of solar panel energy is one of the strategic steps to reduce the dependency on conventional electricity. Mlandi Village is chosen as the project location due to its geographic characteristics, which are capable of gaining much energy light. Because of those circumstances, this solar panel energy is able to supply a large amount of energy. Ultimately, it can sustain people’s daily lives and embrace the essence of renewable energy.  (SPs Public Relations – DAP)
