Information That Must Be Provided Periodically
Periodically Available Public Information includes:
a. information related to the Public Agency;
b. information regarding the activities and performance of the related Public Agency;
c. information regarding financial reports; and/or
d. other information as regulated by laws and regulations.
Public Information that Must Be Available at All Times
- a list of all Public Information under its authority, excluding exempted information;
- decisions of the Public Body and the considerations behind them;
- all existing policies along with supporting documents;
- project work plans, including the Public Body’s estimated annual expenditures;
- information and policies delivered by Public Officials in meetings open to the public;
- work procedures of Public Body employees related to public services; and/or
- reports regarding the provision of access to Public Information as regulated by this Law.
Information That Must Be Announced Immediately
Immediate information refers to information that may threaten the livelihood of many people and public order.
