Undip, Semarang (17/11/2025) — The Postgraduate School of Diponegoro University conducted a Visiting Professor titled “Strategy on Academic Writing to Publish in Reputable International Journals” is the theme of this exercise. This event took place in a hybrid format in the Smartclass room on the sixth floor of the Diponegoro University Postgraduate School’s TTB-A Building on November 3rd 2025. 

The academic goal of this visiting professor activity is to improve lecturers’ and students’ ability to write scientific papers that can be published in globally recognized journals. Through this exercise, participants learn more about academic structure, writing techniques, and publication ethics in compliance with global norms.

The primary speaker at this event is Prof. Dr. Ahmad Sanusi Hassan from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He is a professional researcher and scholar in the field of international scientific publications. Prof. Ahmad Sanusi Hassan discussed a number of successful academic writing techniques in his talk, such as how to choose pertinent research topics, use proper academic language, and navigate the peer review process for international journals. The speaker and the audience engaged in an interactive discussion as the session came to a close, during which the students eagerly asked questions concerning the difficulties of publishing research findings in a scientific journal and the possibility of collaborating on research projects across universities.
