Dr. Qidir Maulana Binu Soesanto, S.Si. (first speaker) Explain the SLR (Systematic Literature Review).
UNDIP, Semarang (14/07/2025) — The Postgraduate School of Diponegoro University was back to conducting the Friday Research Day. This time, the research day is discussing the guideline of using PRISMA-guided systematic review. This event took place at The Postgraduate School of Diponegoro University TTB.A 3rd floor on Friday, 11th June, 2025, and through the Zoom meeting. This event was attended by numerous students, lecturers, and researchers.
On this occasion, Dr. Qidir Maulana Binu Soesanto, S.Si., as a first speaker, tries to deliver the general knowledge about SLR (systematic literature review). He said that SLR systems are essential to guiding how to establish a scientific literature review properly. The presentation consists of the definition of SLR methods, the pros and cons of using this SLR, and also the most popular SLR tools, such as PRISMA and Rayyan.
The second session was continued by John Thedy, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D., with the main objective of PRISMA 2020 (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). In this session, John emphasized the usage of PRISMA 2020. Prisma 2020 is the most updated version of PRISMA, which offers more advanced features such as the Checklist Identification. With this feature, people are able to make the papers more systematically and transparently.
