Semarang, UNDIP (08/05/2025) – The Postgraduate School of Diponegoro University once again conducted a dissertation exam, which was done by the doctoral student of information systems, Nanang Sulaksono, titled “Convolution Neural Network (CNN) Model Development for Kidney Disease Detection Based On Citra Axial Computed Tomography (CT) Scan.” The exam took place at the Postgraduate School of Diponegoro University TTB-A Building, 1st floor Exam Room, on May 7th, 2025.
Nanang Laksono has numerous achievements during his doctoral period, such as the international journal article (Scopus) titled “Utilization of Convolutional Neural Network in Image Interpretation Techniques for Detecting Kidney Disease.”
The reason why he takes this dissertation “As we know in the world of medicine, we need artificial intelligence to help the specialist doctor in order to detect the diagnosis more accurately. So I am interested in taking this dissertation and sustaining the medical world.” He said.
