UNDIP, Semarang (11/4/2025) – In strengthening bonds among the Postgraduate School of Diponegoro University members, the Postgraduate School of Diponegoro University held a halal bihalal event. This event was attended by the campus leaders, lecturers, campus staff, Dharma Wanita, and former leaders of the Postgraduate School of Diponegoro University. This event took place on Wednesday, April 9th, 2025, at the Postgraduate School of Diponegoro University TTB-A Building 1st Floor Meeting Room.
The ceremonial event began with the recitation of the holy verses of the Qur’an, followed by a speech from Prof. Ir. Mochamad Agung Wibowo, M.M., M.Sc., Ph.D., as a Dean of the Postgraduate School of Diponegoro University. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of maintaining good relations and the spirit of collaboration to implement a harmonious and productive academic environment.
The event continued with a preach delivered by Ustadz Mahrus Ahmad Al Marzuki, S.H.I. He presents a preach about the balance between dunya and the afterlife as a reminder to all that everything is temporary and no such things are eternal. We, as human beings, are not allowed to be envious of someone’s wealth.
The highlight of the event was marked by forgiving each other among all participants with a warm atmosphere. The event concluded with a social gathering and having lunch together with traditional Eid dishes. (Humas SPs – Daffa Amir Pambudi)
